    At least in JoCo there's some serious investigation. In KCMO, criminal investigation has been reduced to pleading for residents to call the TIPS Hotline.
    A 40% murder clearance rate in a town that has at least two murders every week of the year needs some serious management attention.

    KCPD is a waste of time and money.
    Of course you can't solve crime when you come to work every day and sit around the office chit chatting all day; Or sitting at your desk reading the newspaper.
