Kudos to Keith King of NBC Action News who took of 54lbs. according to a recent video.
King took off the pounds thanks to the "Hitch Fit" program that features some tan guy yelling at fatties and encouraging them to work out.
Frankly, I can't really tell the difference because according to The Family Guy: "Men can't be fat, only fat women are fat."
Nevertheless, I'm sure viewers will find King's weight loss and improved appearance pleasing as he reports on Kansas City's daily tragedies.

ReplyDeleteLooks like some of these people need to find a gym and stop eating donuts and drinking beer , its why our city is the 6th fattest in the nation, get off your butt and go do something.. Then again the fat overweight unhealthy body is what your into then have fun with that later in life
