In a rare nighttime meeting The Kansas City Board of Police Commissioners gathered Tuesday evening at the Bruce R. Watkins Cultural Heritage Center.

    And how was the meeting publcized?
    If the Wizard of Oz has a show at night, or any other time for that matter, the curtain still stays in place and the deals are cut behind the scenes. The public doesn't have a clue what's actually going on, and the police board isn't much better.
    Why can't anyone with the KCPD try anything by PR dog-and-pony shows?
