Yesterday, AWESOME TKC TIPSTERS reported on a serious challenge to Louie Wright's reign from Local 42 members calling for his resignation.
The vote seemed to have a bit of momentum but 2 votes comprising the entire membership were required to even send the message.
For the second vote, Louie Wright was prepared.
A lawyer took center stage and noted that the motion to ask for Wright's resignation violates the constitution and bylaws of the union. So the effort was called out of order and the motion was dropped.
The news left firefighters grumbling but even more people without a doubt that Wright always stays winning in these Union struggles.
