For all the talk of declining crime in Kansas City . . . I don't think very many people feel any safer. KCTV5: Kansas City police are investigating a life-threatening shooting that occurred during an attempted robbery at a home at 4406 E. 107th St. Friday morning.

ReplyDeleteAnd more and more, the thugs are hitting in places throughout the city where you'd least expect it until you realize that there are more people with things to steal there.
And other than ask for a tax increase for more money, what's the city's plan to do something about this?
