VERY INTERESTING insight from the Kansas City Anti-Crime Activist: "I have noticed that there has been a few rapes that sounds like the work of the Waldo Rapist since Bernard Jackson was arrested. I also have noticed how the cops have not charged him with any of the Waldo rapes."
