    Great piece.City managers office needs a liason coordinating the process that knows what he is doing.Its a bit more complicated than people think.

    Langenkamp has been with the city for a very long time under several Mayors and is a educated urban planner.He has no agenda just trying to do a good job and promote the city as best he can.
