Here are just a few morning links that I'm having fun with . . .
- Local Bus Riders Stay Losing: KCATA is raising fares and discontinuing some services.
- Reporting on Political Theater: Health reform critics continue to target Russ Carnahan
- Better than most sports pros: KCTV5's Dana Wright and Chris Pisano talk to Mix 93.3 FM's Rocket, Teresa and Ponch about a teen that has a perfect bracket so far in the NCAA tournament, one of the few in the country to have a perfect bracket.
- KCK Killing: Police are investing the death of an 18-year-old man who was found suffering from a gunshot wound behind a KCK business Wednesday afternoon.
- But will residents appreciate the Obamacash: A 6.8-mile bicycle trail at Longview Lake will get a big upgrade with an assist from the federal stimulus program.
- Star spins bad population news: Kansas City area's population grows, but its census ranking falls
- Denise Milani in the water might be the most captivating link on this blog today.
The only one spinning the population story is you, Tony. The fact that the metro population has risen over 12% conflicts with your need to see KC decline and fail, leaving you with two choices: admit you are wrong or spin, spin, spin.
ReplyDeleteOr maybe note the census rank decline.
ReplyDeletewhy'd you take my titty comment down, taco-t?
ReplyDeleteI didn't, are you sure it loaded?
ReplyDeleteew.
I love boobies.
ReplyDeletetony, you can post denise milani photos anytime, all the time. lordy she be luscious.
ReplyDeleteTony, you're a retard. Population in KCMO grew faster than the national average, grew considerably as well. The only difference is that other cities grew MUCH faster and pushed ahead in the top 100 rankings.
ReplyDeleteYet more pissing and moaning from TKC facts be damned.
A clarification on the KCATA link. The fare increase is for Share-A-Fare paratransit. Metro bus fares stay right where they are.
ReplyDeleteHopefully this info is more clear than the short news story: http://www.kcata.org/news/share-a-fare_to_increase_fares_swingshift_program_to_be_discontinued/
why are the police INVESTING the death? is there money to be made (aside from the usual "murder pools" around town)?
ReplyDeleteTONY - why are the police INVESTING in a death?
ReplyDeleteThe police need more money so you invest in death.
ReplyDeleteNICE pic Tony! I'm fapping right now!!! - typed with my left hand.
