However, nothing is certain when Phill Kline is involved . . . He’s already mishandling evidence according to a JoCo judge.
Prosecutors in the case of a suburban Kansas City man charged with kidnapping and slaying an 18-year-old woman were criticized Friday for their handling of evidence.Johnson County District Judge Peter Ruddick told District Attorney Phill Kline and his deputy, Stephen Maxwell, that they need to do better at making sure defendant Edwin R. Hall’s attorneys are receiving evidence in the case.
And, while I’m nothing close to bright legal mind . . . I will say that this kind of thing seems to be a pattern for JoCo’s favorite Christian soldier . . . He confuses popular public sentiment for proper procedure . . . However, I’m willing to give him the benefit of the doubt given that he’s new to the area and I’m not sure he even has a JoCo place where he actually resides.

There are some practices that are standard across the field whether you’re in KC or Beijing.

Mr. Kline is too concerned about abortions rather than murderers. If his incompetence affects this trial, he might as well move to another city…oh wait, he already lives out of town!!!

Thank God Kline was on this case and not Morrison. With Morrison this Killer would be out in 12 years on good behavior. With Kline teh sentencing today is LIFE WEITHOUT PAROLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
