MEDIA MATTERS CALLS OUT KANSAS CITY SPORTS TALKER BOB FESCOE FOR FAKE NEWS BUT DID THEY MISS THE JOKE?!?!

Quick glimpse at a notable Kansas City media game mention and the (losing) fight for "credibility" in much the same way the nobody is getting the Elon Musk joke about journalist reviews and the old commie PR outlet name.

A national media watch dog called out a local sports dude for "fake" reporting . . .

Media Matters: From the political to manure, radio stations are still running with fake news

Kansas sports station KCSP-AM host Bob Fescoe . . . shared on social media a fake image of a Kansas City sign saying the city welcomes 25 million visitors “anally.

Actually, all of Kansas City had a great laugh about this one and there weren't many people who didn't know that it was just some creative Photoshop.

And so . . .

THIS WASN'T EXACTLY "FAKE NEWS" BUT ALL OF KANSAS CITY HAVING A LAUGH AT PHONY TOURISM NUMBERS AND BAD MARKETING SKEWERED BY THE INTERNETS!!!

Moreover, MM using this as part of a diatribe mostly aimed at Conservative talkers offers a glimpse at some of their bias and or at least a lack of any sense of humor.

  1. Here is some "fake news". You can keep your doctor and your health plan and the spy in Trump's campaign was there to "help" him.

George Soros should get cancer in his eyes.

not a chance in hell, it’s all apart of that momentum thing they keep talking about.

All the while the sewers are broken and streets are nearly impossible to drive on.

The utility bills namely water are through the roof.

Is this what winning looks like?

  4. I'm sure Fescoe doesn't mind, considering no one listens to his show (or any show at 610) and this at least gives him a taste of relevancy.
