A personal interview from Kansas City's top morning anchor throws a few softballs but manages to capture the Exec in a new light and puts a perspective on a career arc that spans more than a generation in the local limelight.
Description:
"Frank White is an 8-time "Gold Glove' recipient who played 18 years for the Kansas City Royals. Now Frank is facing his toughest "at-bat" of his life as the County Executive for Jackson County, Missouri. Frank and I got comfortable at my house in Kansas City to talk baseball, bass fishing, and the bruises of political life."
Take a listen . . .
You decide . . .
What I think Mark was going for here was a more casual conversation and something that gave listeners a greater sense of Frank White overall.
ReplyDeleteOh we have already figured out just what kind of person Frank White is and no amount of damage control will change that.
ReplyDeleteMaybe Applebee's will give Frank some free food.
ReplyDeleteWhen did Frank take up Ventriloquism?
ReplyDeleteAnd can't he afford a Black Puppet?
10:03-That's funny! Thanks for today's best and bigliest, so far.
