SHAME!!! KANSAS CITY POLICE CHIEF CALLS OUT RACISM, THREATS AND BULLYING FROM CURRENT AND FORMER COPS!!!
In a controversial statement on his experience leading the Department . . . Kansas City Police Chief Darryl Forté offered a frightening behind the scenes perspective on life in the KCPD.
Checkit:
Fox4KC: KC police chief admits frustration & says he’ll speak out about racism and threats against him
Deets and the conclusion from the top cop:
The KCPD Chief: "It's imperative that we do better because, again, how people are treated here-- it's not a race thing- how people are treated here, that's how we go out and treat other people. That role call deal or evaluation when you're sitting there and your sergeant's kicking over the trash can and MF'ing this and all that. That bullying type of stuff...at least nobody's talking about that now. We operated off fear-based management. Fear-based management. Now it's respect-based. From me all the way down. I thank you for your time."

Developing . . .
What bullshit!
ReplyDeleteForte really wants to ask why KCMO city management continues to ignore the East-side. So far, he's pointed out the problems many times in a nice way, but you can tell his frustration level is growing.
ReplyDelete"You go in some of these neighborhoods, go about 24th and Lister... trash that's been there for two months, abandoned cars in the yard. You go to some of these scenes where you have the homicides, the streetlights are out, the sidewalks are in disrepair if they have them, overgrown lawns, things like that. Abandoned buildings that are falling over. I'm just trying to bring those things up and continue to talk about those things. That's a part of crime reduction," said the chief.
Good job Chief .
ReplyDeleteThe main signs of insecure, poor leadership, all on display as a teachable example. Good job Chief Tweety!
ReplyDeleteThe Chief would not be the Chief without the color of his skin. So there is that.............
ReplyDeleteAs far as trash and abandonded shit at 24th & Lister, don't leave trash and shit lying around. Or pick the shit up!
Failing Forte
ReplyDeleteWe have one of the worst crime rates in the country on his watch and this guy is going after his Officers?
DOH!
When your back is against the wall, just shout RACISM. Seems to work every time.
ReplyDeleteThe problem is not only the east side brookside north of the river there is rift raft all over the crime is spreading the illegal criminals are in hiding the will move into a neighborhood near you go underground
ReplyDeleteNeed outside leadership brought to the KCPD
ReplyDeleteOh yeah! I buying into this. Forte is the victim!!!! Jesus!
ReplyDeleteForte' listens to Nickleback
ReplyDeleteIf you put black people in every house in Mission Hills and gave them each a billion dollars it would look like 24th & Lister within a year. There would be shootings and it would be a war zone. People have to take pride in their homes and neighborhoods. There is a reason Sec. 8 housing always looks like shit. It's because they're full of black people on welfare that don't work for anything so they have no pride in anything. I have far from the nicest house in the world but I take care of it for my sake and my neighbors sake. Show me one neighborhood that is all black and not one shitty house in it. It doesn't exist.
ReplyDeleteYou should never feel comfortable generalizing a group of people cuz when the tables turn you would want us to have grace and mercy for your sake and your kids so let's not forget our history!!! Your opinion is just your opinion it's not Gods!!!
DeleteHmmm, are you saying you KNOW God's opinion???
DeleteIt's respect-based? Darryl, are you kidding me? You get no respect from 90% of the police department, so how is it respect-based. You've made everything a race thing, from promotions to transfers. That's your entire leadership approach because you have no leadership skills. You are a black man who hid your true self long enough until you got the job because of your race. No one trusts you, no one respects you. You are just collecting a check as long as you can. Good for you. Pat yourself on the back a few more times and ride off into the sunset so we can start policing our city again.
ReplyDeleteGreat, clown school back in session. He's referring to things that happened years ago and brings them up now as if they're new. He's just deflecting the failure to address crime in the city and as long as he's here, blacks will keep killing blacks and we'll just sit back and let it happen. He's failed and gets away with it because of his race. Bringing race back in the picture just puts our weak board on their heals so they won't address his failures. Keep playing the victim and race card Chief, it's still working for you.
ReplyDeleteSo true!!!
DeleteWhy don't you speak out about racist coos shooting people
ReplyDeleteI say we vote in retired Honeybun Randall Hundley......
ReplyDeleteJust kidding of course!!! Isn't he in prison?
They probably needed to be shot poster at 7:55... BTW, were you referring to racist cops or coons? Looks like you had a typo yo
ReplyDeleteHe tells Sly he needs more resources!! Ha ha! NOVA working day shift Mon-Fri is all I have to say!
ReplyDeleteAll I can say is more power to and support for anyone who dons a uniform, badge, and gun today in any law enforcement agency across the country. My days on KCPD in the 1970s and '80s were trying enough, to say the least. I can't imagine it in the economic, social, and political climates of today. God bless and protect the Thin Blue Line.
ReplyDeleteI grew up 30th & Flora. Went to Central High which was 5% black. All of my friends were black or Hispanic. The big difference they came from homes with fathers in it. The Black community can never solve its problem until that solve the 76% of black children born without a fATHER in the home and single mother on welfare
ReplyDeleteThat's Central was 95% black students
ReplyDeleteThe Race Card.
ReplyDelete3:59, how is it useful to pretend that there are no racists in the KCPD? It's not possible. How is it that you don't have local control?
ReplyDelete12:27 we all know that's the problem. Another problem is black people do nothing to change it and perpetuate the problem at every opportunity. The problem lies squarely on the shoulders of the black men who will do nothing to raise their kids properly and the black women who willingly and repeatedly get knocked up by said black men who they know damn well will do nothing to raise the kid. Not that black women are much better given how many black kids are raised by their grandma. Black kids women just see kids as another way to get more of our tax dollars.
ReplyDeleteWow, generalizing black women into one category is very racist and highly inaccurate. Some of us black women work very hard, we are not all on welfare as you would believe, and we love our children. Maybe you should rethink how you judge people based on the color of their skin. Btw white women receive more state assistance than black women
DeleteForte is right. Some of those black and beaner officers are racist mother fuckers.
ReplyDeleteI just can't understand why the Star or one of the TV stations around town is not investigating the dozen or two captains assigned to the Mentor Squad who don't supervise anybody? What a waste!! 100k year per captain to do nothing but talk to other Captains !!! WTF Talk about a Top Heavy department !!!!!!!!
ReplyDelete5:14 gets it. This shitty, so-called chief is in way over his head, but rather than admit it, it's easier on his pride to claim racism. It's the one card that every darkey will play when they have no other excuses for being inferior.
ReplyDeleteThat's pretty bold talk coming from coward who hides behind Anonymous.
