TKC EXCLUSIVE ALTERNATIVE FACTS: DESPITE DEAD TREE MEDIA FAKE NEWS PROPAGANDA, PREZ TRUMP PROBABLY WON'T RUIN KANSAS CITY AIRPORT!!!
As the newspaper circles the toilet bowl of history . . . They're now simply running propaganda for City Hall and misleading their readers for the sake of the current Administration that controls their tax break purse strings.
To wit . . .
Just now the Star finds "exclusive" dox that KCI is on the Trump priority list for national infrastructure projects
Here's a look at the outdated and incorrect listing . . .
Just a few things wrong with this slide promoted by Mayor Sly & Co . . .
The 2015 cost estimate is now closer to 2 BILLION.
The "status" of the project says it's already "In Progress" but nobody remembers voting on it.
The document also reveals that Terminal A has been "mothballed" but good luck getting local officials to admit as much . . .
Oh yeah, and NOBODY believes that Southwest is paying for all of this . . .
But one incontinent fact stands in the way of all this . . . GOP Congressman Sam Graves has REPEATEDLY expressed his skepticism about the project touted by City Hall.
So, because of something they found online . . .
The newspaper wants readers to believe that Prez Trump is going to go into a GOP Congressman's backyard, help finance a new airport just to help out a Democratic Mayor who has been campaigngin for Hillary Clinton for the past two years???
You decide . . .
President Trump and Mayor James will be working together.
ReplyDeleteHe will love Sly!
They will be best friends.
Likely Trump will laugh when he discovers how KCMO leadership handles our money. Put the plan into the terrible organization bin.
ReplyDeleteI seriously doubt he's going to hand over federal taxpayer money to a sanctuary city for a new airport.
ReplyDeleteTrumps smart enough to know KCI is NOT a "high-priority infrastructure project."
ReplyDeleteI'm wondering what Ross Perot thinks being vehemently against NAFTA and not taken seriously warning of its effects. Bet he has a shitfaced grin.
ReplyDeleteTrumps definitely not sitting around doing Yoga, making artisan donuts, snacking on kale, and sipping on lattes.
ReplyDeleteThe 2015 cost estimate is now closer to 2 BILLION.
ReplyDeleteAccording to who? Tony "Alternative Facts" Botello?
How many airports have you built?
Oh right.
None.
City Hall workin late!! That's unusual. :)
DeleteMissouri, including its two big cities but especially the depressed little towns, would be helped more by widening I-70.
ReplyDeletedon't think the calculation on projects will be as micro-political. in other words, an infrastructure project in a city with a democrat mayor would be fine, provided its a real usa priority.
ReplyDeletemoreover, kci serves missouri and kansas, which would warrant political payback if it were going on.
admit that maybe california might get short-changed, however.
This epitomizes today's world where one doesn't know what to believe because legacy media have no credibility.
ReplyDeleteThey're now simply running propaganda for City Hall..
ReplyDeleteSaid the paid shill of the $how-Me In$titute ....
Keep working that angle, Sly respects you for it!
DeleteEXCELLENT posting from TKC here folks!
ReplyDeleteCheck with Graves, Greitens, and Senator Blunt on whether they want to reward a belligerent loud-mouthed lame-duck liberal cry-baby named Sly James with money for a new airport which the public doesn't want.
James and the Jackson County Democratic Party crew were gaga for Hillary. The MO voters swept out Democrats from statewide offices and joined the BIG RED WAVE for Trump.
What a peaceful country this would be of the political rhetoric and bullshit would be put on hold for a couple of years. Unfortunately the ignorance with continue to escalate until it has gone to far and then it will be civil war.
ReplyDeleteAnd the hits keep coming.
ReplyDeleteTrump To Sign Executive Order Restricting Immigration From Seven Muslim Countries
Additionally, Trump's restrictions on refugees are likely to include a multi-month ban on admissions from all countries until the State Department and the Department of Homeland Security can increase the intensity of the vetting process. According to AP, citing two admin officials, among the executive orders will be plans for building a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border and other enforcement measures.
ReplyDeleteWoot!
Don't worry 7:15, Funkhouser and Hillary 2020 will appear shortly to dispense some of your "facts and free speech".
ReplyDelete^^^ I voted this comment down. And then I voted for Hillary again 2020!
ReplyDelete^^^^ Even Cory Booker wants you to STFU!
ReplyDeletePresident Trump is planning to sign executive orders on Wednesday toughening immigration enforcement along the U.S.-Mexico border and targeting cities where local leaders refuse to hand over illegal immigrants for deportation, part of a multi-day rollout of his long-promised crackdown on illegal immigration, officials familiar with the decision said Tuesday.
ReplyDeleteShould be interesting to see Sly's response.
Well kids, if you thought, or perhaps just hoped, Donald Trump's gnarled nastiness on the campaign trail would be softened by hushed reverence of the White House, five days into real life under Trump it's pretty clear the scowl and the bark are here to stay.
ReplyDeleteA president that actually keeps his campaign promises.
ReplyDeleteThat's weird.

ReplyDeleteIf Chicago doesn't fix the horrible "carnage" going on, 228 shootings in 2017 with 42 killings (up 24% from 2016), I will send in the Feds!
Salute! Send them here to KCMO also!
somebody needs to restore civil order fir the sake of the good people on the east side. the constitutional rights of the good people are onbviously being suppressed by living in fear under chaos.
ReplyDelete@8:00PM nails it.
ReplyDeleteFucking snowflakes should be planning a mass suicide as their next demostration. Geeee! To bad! I'm thinking this prez gets that people are damn fed up with the status quo.
ReplyDeleteI still say the flights KCI handles would all fit in one terminal. Google Maps show 9 planes at the airport in their satellite view marked 2017. It's daylight and either a little before or after noon judging by the small shadows. One terminal - that's it.
ReplyDeleteThis is known as vapor ware. Thanks a lot Star for joining the alternative facts train.
