TKC Fact Check: Jackson County Exec Frank White's House Won't Be Sold In December Despite 'Paper Work Error' Foreclosure Notice

Here at TKC we want to offer readers and INSIDER LOOK at what's happening behind the scenes and the latest gossip among the local political set.

Right now, that involves clarification on just a bit of Friday gossip surrounding Jackson County Executive Frank White.

Recently, locals have been in a bit of uproar regarding a notice printed in The Pulse listing Frank White's home foreclosed and up for sale.

Just now TKC confirmed with Jackson County Insiders that the notification from the Pulse was incorrect.

In Fairness and to defend TKC TIPSTERS . . . The Pulse did print this notice regarding the Exec's house.

But this fact was serious enough to check with sources, here's what they said:

JACKSON COUNTY INSIDER: "Some people driving all the way out to Lee's Summit will be disappointed but Frank's house is NOT going to be sold on the courthouse steps next month. We've heard back about this question and it's simply a paper work error that Frank has sorted out. Bottom line: His house isn't going to be sold next month."

Again, we're putting both sides of this story out there and we want to be fair to critics but also report the facts among the rumor mill that is Jackson County as Exec White is now forced to confront criticism far more biting than anything dished out by sports writers over topics far more complex than batting order.

You decide . . .
