Kansas City's Entertainment District Curfew extends until Sept. 25th but last night denizens complained of youngsters overrunning the Country Club Plaza again.
For the most part it was a non-violent affair but the scene was not without confrontation.

"TKC, my daughter cam home livid. Apparently she was playing Pokemon Go on the Plaza. She is 22 and not subject to the curfew. Some teenager came up to her and asked her to use her phone last night. She is a very generous person and thought this young man needed help so she gave him her phone. He ran off with it as the little brat's friends just stood there and laughed at her. It was a brand new Galaxy Note 7 that I had purchased for her and since there is very little crime where she goes to school, she is a very responsible person so I elected not to purchase the theft insurance. Now the nearly 1000 dollars is gone thanks to so many criminals on the plaza and I have advised my daughter and all of my loved ones never to return to that place."

Then I went to college and we're my eyes opened to the real black race. I was involved in more than one fight where we were heavily outnumbered by black guys. I saw literally dozens more of the same kinds of fights. Pretty much every Wednesday and every weeeke you could count on it. Saw lots of guns involved. Campus had multiple rapes, all committed by black men. The next time I see a black guy fight fair will be the first time. The City will not address crime problems while fleeceing the taxpayers to fatten the developers. Crime will spread out of the inner-city and affect the rest of the metro. Consultants manipulate the voters and elect people to serve the developers. The press protects this process and will rarely expose the criminality of the politicians. Prosecutors will not pursue the crooks and arsonists are free to burn more buildings. And firefighters are killed. And cops are killed. And children are killed. Will Plaza go the way of Bannister Mall. Maybe Cerner will rescue the Plaza 25 years from now.

Besides freaks on every corner, there was a band playing in one of the courtyards and jungle bunnies and white trash twerking to the music. Sure not the Plaza we used to patronize. I'd be humiliated to take guests there anymore.

I mean in a lot of ways the police department is the responsibility of the mayor to operate in a manner that provides safety to the residents from the common thugs. This white thing, black thing has to stop. The time has come no matter what color your skin is, if you're a common thug you're setting yourself up for an ass beating and jail time.

ReplyDeleteI stopped going to the Plaza to shop or dine due to the excessively high sales tax rate of 12% If the streetcar extension is approved it will be 13%. There is nothjng on the Plaza worth a 13% premium that I can't find elsewhere in the metro area for far less taxes.

Between the mouthy ass chuckers, hustlers, ass holes pandering in parking lots, fake Rolex sellers, parking gougers, crooks in tow trucks, ass hats and dip shits it is just so much more convenient and safe to do the burbs. There is plenty of dining, entertainment, concerts, casinos and activities that just don't require that I deal with all the shit hole antics of KC.
