I don't know if I like the idea of the police packing up and leaving. It sends the wrong message to the bad guys......and this guy is a really bad guy.
ReplyDeleteI agree 100 %
DeleteIf the school bus guy would change the name to Star Bus Lines and hang "Vote for Sly" signs on the back doors he could get millions in tax breaks from the city. Sheesh! Some business man. Obviously he doesn't get how it is done in this town.

RE: Democratic vice presidential candidate Tim Kaine arrived in his hometown of Kansas City on Wednesday.
ReplyDeleteHOLY CRAP! KSHB wet their pants with excitement following Kaine's downtown airport landing all the way to his Loose Park mansion $1000/plate PRIVATE function.
KSHB, I'm sure the Secret Service LOVED your live broadcast of his entire motorcade route.
Also, please note: KAINE is NOT from KCMO, this is not his hometown. Except for rare visits back to see family, he's been gone from OPKS and Rockhurst High School since he went away for college. Go change your underwear KSHB staff!
OMG! Streetcar folks are now claiming 700,000 passengers since opening. The entire population is KCMO is only 467,007. This fibbing has to stop and the folks telling the lies need to be held accountable.
ReplyDeleteWe heard alot not long ago about some other high-rollin' Rockhurst alums. Newsies on all local channels, The Pitch, and the Star covered those Tucker brothers, Scott and Joel, of payday loan wealth and fame. Reports were those "Hawklets" at Rockhurst High and a Catholic parish, or two, shared in what was charged as ill-gotten gains. Hey, do ya s'pose those two "men for others" sent funds to the philander..., ehh, oops, I mean, philanthropic Bill Clinton and family? Hmmm.
ReplyDelete10:29: 700,000 is probably low. I hear the line to ride the choo choo now extends as far south as the Ward Parkway Mall.
