AWESOME TKC TIPSTERS TOLD YOU SO!!! HANGER 9 HOT MESS CONTINUES!!! KC CONNECTIONS COULD TAKE THE FALL!!!
Our BLOGGY COMMUNITY was FIRST on the Internets with some important reax and rage over Kansas City NYE party complaints.
Later in the evening, the TV news had some important insight into the story as well:
Apology posted on Facebook after Hangar 9 party complaints
NYE party guests question event's organization
Kansas City Takes It Up The Coat: Lost coats leave New Year’s party guests hot
KCTV5: Overcrowding, missing items and food shortage plague big NYE Bash
Fox4: Days after NYE party at Hangar 9, many still upset by missing belongings
KMBZ: New Years' Eve Party at Hangar 9 goes horribly wrong
Great stuff and it's nice to start the new year on such an agsty note.
However . . .
NOW WE HEAR THAT KC CONNECTIONS COULD BE TAKING MOST OF THE BLAME AND A BIT MORE HATERATION!!!
Sadly, some wrangling over the bill for lost itmes might be a big deal in the very near future.
KC-Connects looks like it could be on its way to more problems courtesy of Insiders who are holding an even bigger grudge against the embattled event planner who now is the focus of blame.
Developing . . .
If we were not sure of it before, this post confirms your steep descent to meaningless.
ReplyDeleteIf noting else those fucking party animals wont be getting shitfaced at the downtown airport. The homeless folks do want to thank you all for the donated coats.
ReplyDeletePerez wasn't the problem here.

ReplyDeleteCorrect me if I am wrong, but most of TKC stories are driven by one of three things:
1. Third-party editorials (Glazer, Alonzo, T-bone, Ernest Evans)
2. Pulling of stories from a wide range of publications, (kind of like Drudge Report)
or 3. By user submitted "tips".
Tony has made it clear he is not much in the business of pounding that pavement, doing interviews and the like. I would suggest that if the quality of the content is so poor, maybe you have a hard hitting story you could send it over to tony@tonyskansascity.com . Its a blog site, not the New York Times, or the KC Star. But even the NYT or KC Star run fluff pieces on PR BS all the time.

ReplyDeleteYou know it's going to be a great year when she kicks it off with a blow job!!!
Pound pavement? Why work when you can pirate or link to the work of others and count on "tipsters" for rumor and and gossip the rest of the time.

ReplyDeleteDo you want your money back?
Yes I want my money back!
Delete11:56 Pirating is an interesting perspective. This would be something worth looking into. Do sites like the Star or smaller sites like that Uncommon Courage blog benefit from TKC. Do they actually get more hits as people click through TKC to see these stories? IDK, but you make a good point. Whether this is a good "pirate" or bad is up in the air. I would imagine it is beneficial all the way around, but certainly for the smaller sites linked by TKC or any news aggregate site.
ReplyDelete12:27 money back? I don't understand what you mean.
ReplyDeleteHe means that TKC is a completely free service, dumbass.
ReplyDelete12:54, Sorry, I didn't understand why he/she was directing that comment at me. I was defending TKC @10:08. The comment would have been better directed 8:40. But simple misunderstanding, all good.
ReplyDeleteService?
ReplyDeleteWaaaaaaahahahahahahahahahjaha!
If you want good help you have to pay for it.
ReplyDelete31st and Main? Isn't this the place Eric King meant to set on fire?

ReplyDeleteHmmmmm......Hoodrattis Urbanis Feralis Blanco acting up now. Killa City at it's worst.
North Korea on the Mighty Mo.
But what do Conservatives have to say about it?
ReplyDeleteThis is really sad and a pathetic attempt on Joe perez's end to blame the event planning company that assisted with this event. There is proof out there that joe perez sold hundreds of cash tickets and told people they were sold out but to keep it on the down low that he hooked them up. When he is going behind the national airline history museums and the event planners backs and giving tickets away without anyone's knowledge how can they plan ahead for this! Joe perez didnt even show up to his own party and sabotaged it to blame others because he committed fraud. He found himself in a bad position because artego was about to take the fall for over 400 tickets that had gone missing. People are commenting that they met joe perez at random locations the week of the event and he pocketed the cash sales! To put blame on anyone else is just wrong. If you are a planner of an event and you are not given accurate information how can you plan for the event. This is truly sad and pathetic that you all would assist in taking the heat off of joe perez and blaming other people when everyone knows this was another joe perez epic fail! The cash money was take by joe perez and his staff at artego pizza! Joe perez turned in the ticket count to the company and event space. how is anyone else to blame?
ReplyDeleteThis is exactly true
DeleteThis is the 2nd nye party that joe perez has screwed people over on! He owes the Jacobson restaurant money because they invested in his event. Joe perez embezzled money and now is trying to shift the focus. Not the first time this loser has done this!
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad the truth is finally coming out...it always does! All the haters can eat crow!
ReplyDeleteMichelle and Sundee can't defend themselves much longer behind these anonymous comments and fake FB profiles. These bitches planned the whole damn thing and everyone who worked the party knows this. Their company is a joke and is about to go down in flames!
ReplyDeleteKC Connects is run by two monkeys. not really surprising this party was a bust
ReplyDeleteYou guys are all idiots.... you do realize that if it turns out everything was done legally and you guys are throwing out peoples names... whoever they might be...don't think for one second the police can't trace your "anonymous" comments and you can't be Sued for ruining names and or companies... you people are all dumb shits. Especially whoever this dumb tonys KC thing is.... comments are on your blog buddy... congrats!
ReplyDeleteHey thanks Michelle/Sundee! We all know you guys are monitoring this like crazy. It's called free speech though dumbass. Just admit your "event-planning company" sucks and move on. Everyone knows who bought tickets online that the merchant was "KC Connects." It said it when you bought your ticket. Keep pushin though girls. I'm sure you'll make it through this with minimal damage...ha.
ReplyDelete@4:17..I'm 100 percent positive that police will not trace anonymous comments on a blog. What world do you live in.?
