There are a lot of reasons for this but here's what we'll settle on for now . . . The Royals fans were 25th in attendance this year
And that's not to mention that Kansas City already has a downtown stadium that has failed to live up to expectations.

Deciding to put $250 million down on renovations in 2007 was the final nail in the coffin for having a vibrant downtown by our clod dullard city leadership.

A downtown stadium would be a niggers stealing delight, be more broken into cars than the car crushers do in KCK. KC downtown area isn't laid out right to do a decent stadium in with out tearing a whole bunch of stuff down.

What Kansas City needs to build is a ten story event parking lot run by a non profit. Then maybe folks wont be getting screwed out of 20 bucks every time they want to park to go to the Midland or the Uptown. Talk about strong arm robbery. I wont drive to KC to take a shit because every where you go there is some sheister waiting to get in your pocket. From cab drivers to parking to hotel taxes to tow trucks KC is nothing less than fleeceville.
ReplyDeleteCheck out Sacramento and the projections for GRIDLOCK with their downtown stadium. Go to St. Louis and sit bumper to bumper trying to get home on game day. The ease with which we get to the stadiums now is phenomenal compared to the downtown stadiums.
