Missouri Secretary Of State Jason Kander has always been ahead of the game.
After 9/11 he was one of the first to sign up for military service.
He's one of the youngest statewide elected officials in the nation.
And he was supporting the Kansas City Royals BEFORE they're playoff winning.
Check his column touting his Royal credentials: It’s time to love the Royals again
Right now there's a battle betwixt fanboys about jumping on the bandwagon . . . Never-mind that just about every newsie in town is connected at the hip to Royals ad money so that there's really ABSOLUTELY NO MAINSTREAM MEDIA INDEPENDENT OR CRITICAL COVERAGE . . . That's why whatever our TKC blog community talks about is BETTER than mainstream media outlets service to their corporate or political masters.
But I digress . . . This post is a celebration of Missouri SOS Kander and his power broker wife who also helped install Mayor Sly and remain loyal to the hometown team . . . Even if they now live in Columbia, MO.
More in a bit . . .
Tony's KC. #1 at taking a good thing and bending it into an opportunity for controversy.
ReplyDeleteBitter and old. Don't forget to grow your hedges high in about 30 years so the neighbor kids wont walk on your grass.
And yet you're smelling TKC's farts 1st thing in the morning at 7:40.
