Apparently, Sexy Cindy has been rather stingy with cash for Council and she's in danger of going power mad with her new found
The problem is: The veteran Council is accustomed to the laissez-faire style of former Mayor Pro Tem Bill Skaggs and now Sexy Cindy is cracking down on every dime.

DESPITE SEXY CINDY'S ACCOUNTING CRACKDOWN ON THE CITY COUNCIL . . . SHE STILL HASN'T FOUND THE MISSING $15K!!!
In reality and behind the scenes . . . Recent complaints regarding Council Lady Cindy Circo's penny pinching on Council budgets are really just focused on her continuing power trip.
Whereas the "Mayor Pro Tem" title was thought to be mostly ceremonial . . . Behind the scenes and in the Council Chambers there's growing resentment of this powerful political lady flexing her financial muscles for no good reason and with little benefit for voters.
