Alonzo Washington Notes Big 12 Disparity

Kansas City's Crime Fighting Activist notices recent reports about public safety reporting regarding the Big 12 and juxtaposes that with reality in the urban core. Even better, Mr. Washington acknowledges that often "security" is simply a matter of perception.

  2. Too many black players on the court all week.

We need to level the playing field and protect the class of white athletes who are being cut befor the season even begins and never given a chance.

Those white athletes who play basketball come from backgrounds where the emphasis has to be, because of thier neighborhoods, studying and their idiot families don't understand the importance of basketball.

They should be a "Protected Basket Ball Class".

    NO JUSTICE NO BASKETBALL!!!

It is unfair to white kids everywhere who want to participate in basketball games on the high school, college and professional level, that they are relegated to second class status on the court!!

    NO JUSTICE, NO BASKETBALL!!

  3. Their should be entrance exams for all players that are dumbed "UP" so that white people can play basketball too!!

  4. There should be barriers for black basketball players and quotas in effect so that the court reflects the percentages of the multicultural rainbow that America
    has been forced to become.

Those players on the court this week are going to be too black!!

    NO JUSTICE NO BASKETBALL!!

  6. When you're a hammer, the whole world's a nail.
You should donate whatever funds are left after you lose your court case to a collection to pay for some psychiatric counseling for Alonzo, T.
Or he might have already donated his brain to science.

  7. Hundreds of cops downtown for Big 12 Alonzo? Nice try dumb ass!! There are only 15-20 on duty cops down there and most have traffic duties. The others the businesses like P&L and Sprint Center hire and pay off duty money, so don't you worry Alonzo non of the tax money that the inner city welfare babies don't pay is going to waste.

  8. When 30k people visit 55 and Prospect for an entire weekend let the PD know and they'll be down there as well. Until then get over it.

  9. Apparently Alonzo didn't care to check the facts before he posted this inaccuracy. The majority of the cops there are assigned to that area every day. The horses were brought in because they are great public relations tools to our out of town guests and a traffic squad was brought in because, well, there's more traffic. The same number of officers who patrol the inner-city every day are there and will be there all throughout the tournament. And remember, there are more officers assigned to the inner city than in any other part of the city. If Alonzo would have just taken the time to call the pd and ask about staffing he would have known this but then there wouldn't be a story would there.
