Regarding the attempted drowning story. This drives me insane. Nineteen years old and have three f-ing kids already!!! That is five people who I guarantee are in the social system one way or another whether it be on welfare and/or parole. Most likely will be for the rest of their lives. This is how especially for a woman, you put yourself permanently behind the eight ball for life. Get on some birth control for everybody's sake!!! Stop taxing us and having future criminals. Nineteen with three kids is unacceptable. Not to mention I highly doubt she has any way to raise them without us taxpayers paying their way. Jesus Christ, talk about the recipe to losing in life.
ReplyDelete7:37am is right.
ReplyDeleteInstead of trying to take over the KCPS district, raise a special sales tax to raise money which will disappear on the east side, shake down companies and governments for "consuloting fees", and all the rest of the crap that the black leadership of KCMO regularly does, why don't these folks try to introduce some basic common sense and responsibility into their community? Kids raised like the ones described have just about NO chance for success, and the school district, which has been run as an employment agency for family and friends for decades, isn't going to help.
You can't build much of anything without a foundation, and "families" like the one in the article can't be helped by throwing public money their way.
So what about it, Urban League, NAACP, SCLC, churches, and all the rest? Why not take on something basic that maybe you can actually do something about.
Only thing I don't like about Jordan Carver is her unwillingness to show her nipples.
ReplyDeleteyou criticizing Steve Kraske.
ReplyDeletethat's rich.
I don't suppose you've ever heard the phrase "in over your head"?
