It's mailer time in Kansas City!!!
Prepare to have several pound of Kansas City bulk mail for politicos dumped on your doorstep from now until election time.
Today, a KICKASS TKC TIPSTER send us an image of The Citizens Association South KC slate that includes Mike Burke for Mayor, Incumbent John Sharp AND Scott "Mr. Jolly" Taylor.
For the record, there are a few candidates using social media, video and facebook tech but for the most part this is another sign that Kansas City politics is mostly conducted by using postage.
As far as mailers go, that one is pretty good.
ReplyDeleteI may be a bit biased though as I am voting for those three.
bulk mail is baaaaaaaaad.
ReplyDeleteSharp and Taylor. More of the same tired clueeless crap!
ReplyDeleteThe TIF team.
ReplyDeleteLarry, Curly and Moe.
ReplyDeleteIf we don't get rid of "Liver Spots" this time around, I am moving to Kansas.
ReplyDeleteNow that is KC South, for sure: Three White guys that include an Anti-Gay activist named Scott Taylor.
ReplyDeleteBurke is pulling the other candidates down big time.
ReplyDeleteTell us more about "anti gay"...
ReplyDeleteCA has no cash and no clout. Burke's endorsement from them has hurt the group's fundraising efforts. The CA endorsed the wrong candidate for mayor.
ReplyDeleteIn his role as a Center School District board member, Scott Taylor opposes anti-bullying and anti-discrimination policies designed to protect the civil rights of LGBT citizens.
ReplyDeleteScott Taylor is afraid to stand up for civil rights because it might offend some bigots.
Pat Gray usually does their campaign. Is he double dipping with Rowland?
ReplyDeleteLeave it to KCPride to endorse an anti-gay activist to LGBT voters. Once again, it is obvious that KCPride is not an LGBT club, no matter what it claimst to be.
ReplyDeleteKCPD our poor Police department.
ReplyDeleteSteak and Lobster meals with Champagne.
All of the KCPD involved with the "meal deals" should be fired.
