TKC BREAKING NEWS!!! J.J. RIZZO STAYS WINNING!!! WILL ROYSTER DOESN'T WAIT FOR A RECOUNT AND SUES EVERYBODY!!!

So, as a preview to local news coverage it's my duty (hehe duty) to report that there's even more mainstream reporting coming through on Missouri District 40 Race.

Basically, what we'll hear tonight:

WILL ROYSTER IS SUING EVERYBODY!!!

Check it on Casenet:

1016-CV25576 - WILL ROYSTER V JOHN J RIZZO ET AL

Named in the lawsuit:

KANSAS CITY BOARD OF ELECTION COMMISSIONERS

JACKSON COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTION COMMISSIONERS

SECRETARY OF STATE OF MISSOURI, ROBIN CARNAHAN

CLERK OF THE JACKSON COUNTY LEGISLATURE, MARY JO SPINO

Already the results were certified at a 3 vote margin of victory for John Joseph Rizzo by the Missouri Secretary of State.

But TKC readers knew about the three vote margin last week.

And, of course, Royster is now up for an official recount. But I guess he was a little impatient.

Remember that Missouri House elections have been upheld by as little as ONE VOTE. So, Rizzo has two to spare.

Also, Political Insiders tell TKC off the record that both the Kansas City Election Board AND The Missouri Secretary of State certifying this race are putting their reps on the line with their call. Reversals are rare but, again, Royster has the right to a recount.

The lawsuit is supposedly based on "voter irregularities" and a lot of other allegations that we've heard surrounding this race.

It's kind of a weird term because I already assumed most Jackson County voters were already kind of irregular.

Anyhoo . . . Look for controversy among the Northeast Somali vote on this one that might hint at issues on which TKC has already reported. Another set of TKC Tipsters outside the courthouse already have seen KCTV5 and Sandra Olivas hanging out so those are the newsies that I'll be watching tonight as this thing continues to develop . . . But check out the case for yourself courtesy of awesome TKC TIPSTERS.

Natch.

  4. Hey Tony, remember how you are going to be 0-3 on election day for your endorsements? HAHA! Here it is!

  5. Lame.

Learn to deal with loss better Will.

    ReplyDelete
  6. I know AT LEAST two people who voted for Rizzo that weren't particularly leaning one way or the other. But I think it's safe to assume that filing lawsuits is going to turn those two voters and many others off of Royster completely. I don't want to rush to judgement, but there is going to have to be some agregious voter fraud for anyone to feel that it was justified, not to mention that it only reinforces Rizzo's attack that Royster sues EVERYONE.

    ReplyDelete
  7. This is a civil sue . So there is no election fraud. Its another attempt by a nut to win an election. Election fraud is criminal not civil. What a bi polar nut.

    ReplyDelete
  8. Why Will.

    WHY?

    ReplyDelete
  9. Civil suits can name all kinds of crazy shit and this is just another nightmare.

If Will was serious he would have at least waited for a recount.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Will please take your medicine.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Civil suit has no power over an election . What a dumb stupid jerk

    ReplyDelete
  12. If I were Rizzo I would be sleeping with one eye open and arm myself. This guy is certifiable.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Hey Will, you're the biggest loser in the world.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Will Royster is an attention whore whose 15 minutes of fame is at 14:59. Enjoy your last seconds Will.

    ReplyDelete
  15. If this report is correct I would so Mr Royster has a real reason to file suit. These are potentially criminal acts.

    ReplyDelete
  16. REALLY THEN WHY FILE A CIVIL SUIT . YOU IDIOT

    ReplyDelete
  17. The only criminal act going on is the fact that Will Royster can even file for office. That should be a criminal act.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Just ruining any chance of a political career Will, good job.

    ReplyDelete
  19. Game. Set. Match.

    Goodbye Will.

  21. I read the suit. Royster doesn't have to bring a criminal suit - it's up to the Prosecutor's Office. From what I saw filed, it looks like they have a case; and the Prosecutor ought to consider it, as well.

    ReplyDelete
  22. The KCTV 5 story mentioned the Somalis, but I think it's way more than a Somali issue. It's probably going to be more than just a 40th District issue, too. I see real problems for Carnahan state-wide if any of the statements of the suit are true. The Republicans will eat this up, and whoever is responsible for the fraud (Somalis or Rizzos)is going to be to blame.

    ReplyDelete
  23. elBryan, if the court finds that the election was flawed or corrupted, I think the two Rizzo voters will vote the other way.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Take your medicine Will

    ReplyDelete
  28. Somalis got busted for terrorist activity in the 40th District a few months ago. Now they are stealing our elections? Come on, America - wake up!

    ReplyDelete
  29. Did the Rizzos pay the Somalis? Or did the Somalis do this themselves?

    ReplyDelete
  30. What is the Blue Blog?

    ReplyDelete
  31. Why don't you sue yourselve for being stupid.

    ReplyDelete
  32. You and that loser Chris. How much are you charging him rent Will.

    ReplyDelete
  33. To elBryan. That mail piece by Rizzo saying that Royster sues everyone listed about ten names, and made it sound like he is always suing people. But I checked it out, and found that nearly all the names are from one case, and all are included as a matter of proceedure. Two names were from one other previous case, which Royster won. I think Will only sues people that need to be sued.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Rizzo supporters mirror Rizzo campaign strategy: They have nothing to work with, so make up shit to assign to Will Royster. Dudes, I think this election isn't over.

    ReplyDelete
  35. 5:54 & 5:56 If you're not nervous, you should be. You're arrested development never got past second grade.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Looks like Moreno and Royster have their lap-tops up and running! 26 comments to 35 comments in a little over 5 minutes? Geezus!

    ReplyDelete
  37. No he sues EVERYBODY, it's a proven fact. He sues people for being a drunk loser and they all get thrown out just like this one.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Checked Casenet: KC Board of Elections is on the line. The Judges allowed electioneering inside the polling places, and allowed non-registered voters to cast regular votes vs. provisional. KCEB is hosed if this is true.

    ReplyDelete
  39. John Rizzo called Royster a liar, on the news, and said Royster lied about everything during his campaign; but John's campaign never sited it's allegations.

    John looked nervous.

    ReplyDelete
  40. If the election was legit, then why did the votes dwindle from 10, to 6, to 3?

    ReplyDelete
  41. According to law, one person is allowed to assist one person, one time, in any one election.

Doesn't matter which side had assistants: if any person assisted more than one person, that's illegal.

Can't positively identify the votes, so there should be a new election.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Northeast politics has been corrupted for years - ever since Henry Rizzo got elected. People are so used to this crap by Henry that they lost sight of how bad it has become, and election corruption just got way beyond legitimate.

Time to stop this non-sense. Good job Will! I hope you win!

    ReplyDelete
  43. Royster is a living up to his sue everybody reputation. And by the way allegation and press releases don't do very well in court. Will when you are done the only office that will take you will be dogcatcher. You and Chris are the laughing stock of Kansas City.

    ReplyDelete
  44. The same reason John Burnett only won by seven you dumb idiot. The count

  45. Former Royster Voter8/24/10, 6:30 PM

That's is, a fucking sign. You base a lawsuit on a fucking sign in a polling place.

    Grow up Will.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Holy Shit, Batman! An election judge said he reported people voting more than once, and was then told by a supervisor not to worry about it. This is GREAT!

    ReplyDelete
  47. Will we already know you have no proof. Just like always.

    ReplyDelete
  48. After having just read what was filed, I advise all the name-callers on this blog to read the suit for themselves (if they can read, that is). It's a good argument. Will be difficult for a judge to dismiss.

    ReplyDelete
  49. Former Will Royster Voter doesn't seem to know that electioneering inside a poll place is illegal. Must have been a Rizzo poll worker.

I was hoping not to have to think of the Royster Boyster ever again.

It shouldn't take 20 minutes to recount the ballots in that dinky jurisdiction!

FIFTY COMMENTS! Jeez. Weren't there less than 500 TOTAL votes? I forget. It's a forgettable jurisdiction!

  52. Curious Enough To Read8/24/10, 6:57 PM

In the past 15 years, I have found three previous cases filed by William E. Royster. An insurance company paid Royster to settle a case against an illegal conversion by it's contractor client; an insurance company paid Royster to settle a case for its obligations; and there is currently a case pending against Kona Grill and Chelsly Brown - which I have also researched, out of curiosity - and I think they will pay him, also. My point is that he doesn't seem to sue "everyone". His cases are valid, and sound. So too, seems this one.

    ReplyDelete
  53. I saw John Rizzo give food to the election judges and then hang out with them in the poll. Giving food to judges is like giving an apple to the teacher - it's a gift (which is illegal), AND hanging out in the poll by a candidate is also illegal. Were any of the election judges even there?

    ReplyDelete
  54. Blue Blog in April reported something about Mike Sander's secretary trolling for wimmin on FB. That's it's only claim to fame.

    ReplyDelete
  55. You Rizzo numbnuts, read the filing; forget fraud and everything else, the MORONIC KC Election Board didn't follow the law on where to place precincts. They placed one more than a precinct away for voters to travel to. That's ILLEGAL. In a 3 vote election, CLEARLY that can make the difference. Do the right thing Election Board, or go to jail.

    ReplyDelete
  56. A Rizzo Tracker8/24/10, 7:14 PM

“I’m confident in the Kansas City Election Board,” Rizzo said. “And this is nothing unusual from my opponent who has sued everybody else” regarding other matters.

Yeah, JJ's confident in the KCEB, all right - because his daddy paid them.

  57. Do you guys care about the law or not!? Do you really think it that wild to have voter fraud in a place like the northeast!? Crooks everday break all kinds of laws over here, in broad daylight. Voter fraud is just something that doesn't get to happen everyday, but if it could, northeast is where it would happen. Way to fight crime, Will. Wish JJ cared enough about the law and being a good American.

    ReplyDelete
  58. The Election Board better find an easy out to avoid all their corruption exposed in a huge court case. Otherwise every election they do could be questioned and they could end up in jail, because it is criminal.

    ReplyDelete
  59. I hear daddy-Rizzo ranting while John is sucking his thumb while lying in the fetal position under the kitchen sink.

Ya got caught, didn't cha! Daddy's going back to the pen, and Jonny is going to be someone's girlfriend.

    Tough love.

    ReplyDelete
  60. Carnahan better wake up to this....this is going to be GREAT fodder for Blunt. If she can't even handle a primary election in her own party in the lowest turnout in the state, she can't handle being a Senator.

    ReplyDelete
  61. elBryan, what's your cartoon going to be this week? I always look forward to it!

    ReplyDelete
  62. Damn democrats, read the lawsuit. Republicans are going to be all over this. You idiots can't do anything without killing each other, and talk about a picture perfect case for voter ID. Kobach needs to pay attention to this closely.

    ReplyDelete
  63. With three votes being the difference in a questionable election, the courts ARE the way our system mandates us to go. Elections take priority over ALL pending cases.

Courts generally can't be bribed, so the Rizzos are on thin ice.

    ReplyDelete
  64. The Somalis risk looking like Midwest Election Pirates on this one. They better come out strong against the guys who perpetrated the fraud. This sucks, the Northeast already is hesitant about them, now they just did the most unAmerican thing.

    ReplyDelete
  65. I think J Rizzo just sealed the deal on TV news. He called Royster a liar on chan. 5, but in the Prim Buzz he said the Somalis were doing exactly what Royster says they did. Which is it Rizzo? You probably should have called you father prior to the interviews to ask him to speak for you.

    ReplyDelete
  66. pirates off the coast of africa, or pirates in northeast. this isn't somalia! we don't have third world elections here (except where there is a payoff). sniff, sniff, i smell rizzo.

    ReplyDelete
  67. Tony, you don't like Will Royster, do you? Why is that. You said he was a pretty good guy a couple of years ago on your blog. What happened? Didn't pay you like the Rizzos?

    ReplyDelete
  68. Who could read this and not be outraged? How corrupt are you?? Read the lawsuit, if you voted more than once, if you let that happen, if you saw that and didn't do anything, how can you call yourself american and not be upset? How complacent are you?

    ReplyDelete
  69. I'm pissed off8/24/10, 7:43 PM

People voting twice, electioneering inside the voting places, voters being lead to the voting booth, "interpreters" signing voters names, "helpers" handling multiple ballots for voters, candidate literature inside the poll place, an election judge who turned away Vietnamese voters already in line to vote at closing time, non-registered voters being allowed to register and vote on site, poll places outside of the district...DO OVER! DO OVER! DO OVER! How stupid must the election board think we are? Those ASSHOLES should go to jail.

    ReplyDelete
  75. Rizzo jerks - elections aren't about kissing Rizzo rings. We want someone who will stand up to corruption, actually accomplish good things for Northeast, and won't be corrupted by petty crap like your two dollar meth houses and your street hookers. Royster has fought against your trash consistantly. You just throw trash.

  77. If it's anything to do where Jackson County has a finger in it, then it's crooked.

Royster and Moreno kicked a bunch of political bullies in the teeth, and now listen to the whine....

Good for you guys. Go win!

    ReplyDelete
  78. Republicans love democrats - they screw up their own elections with corruption all the time, and never confront it, they always just laugh it away.

    ReplyDelete
  79. I'm still waiting to hear about even one thing John Rizzo has accomplished for Northeast. No, running for office only counts for John Rizzo - not Northeast. No, your dad's political appointments don't count either because you bankrupted our only CDC that you got appointed to. What have you done? You can't even claim that you beat Will Royster on your resume, because it isn't over until the court orders a new election and Royster kickes your ass (like he did prior to you cheating with the Somalis). Well?

    ReplyDelete
  80. Will Royster vs JJ Rizzo. Will has made his political career out of fighting crime and corruption. JJ is content to stand in the shadows, where he feels safe.

    ReplyDelete
  81. Jonny Jo is in trouble. I didn't vote last time, but I'll vote against him if we get another chance. You can't cost taxpayers money and expect to get elected. This mess is your fault, I think, and you shouldrespectfully disqualify yourself. Shame on you!

    ReplyDelete
  82. I'm looking forward to Lindsey's legal response to this one.

Phil Wiloughby, who is handling Will Royster's case, is the lawyer who kicked "C. Crystal Williams" off of the Jackson County ballot.

    ReplyDelete
  83. Wow, lots of things wrong with this primary. Two certifications, but no investigations! SOS and KCEB...WTF?

    ReplyDelete
  84. When someone becomes a public servant and does the right thing, they become a target for cowardly critics and crooks.

Will Royster has had lots of cheap shots taken at him and his family by Rizzo.

Royster is the guy who will fight for what's right. Including election fraud.

    ReplyDelete
  85. 4:30 must be Rizzo's election attorney.

    ReplyDelete
  86. When an election judge calls the Election Board to report a problem, and the Election Board does nothing about it, then that's criminal. Royster's attorney doesn't need to say this - it's obvious.

    ReplyDelete
  87. Hey, I want to know about Mike Sanders and his secretarhy? I thought Calvin was gay? what is blue blog?

    ReplyDelete
  88. Why don't you two go out for ice cream?

This is idiotic! Didn't we have to put up with you two a couple weeks ago?

Apparently Moreno doesn't have any clients for the general, since he's still rehashing the LAST election.

I heard Wendy's is hiring for night shift. And Royster Smoysther? When does hunting season start?

    ReplyDelete
  89. You lost, move on. What a loser. I can't believe these things are options. Good luck, you're gonna need it.

    ReplyDelete
  91. Mary Jo has more to worry over an investigation of her role in the fake Crystal filings.

    ReplyDelete
  92. Oh, god. Not that. So stupid. Crystal won, nobody's gonna be upset stupid.

    ReplyDelete
  93. It is time to investigate Mary Jo. That is the center of corruption in Jackson County Elections.

    ReplyDelete
  94. Go figure. Another Rizzo robbing democracy. Can't win, so he pays people to vote more than once.

    ReplyDelete
  95. Northeast deserves fair elections! Looks like the Rizzos pulled out all of the stops on this one. Shame on the KC Election Board and shame on Henry and John Rizzo.

    ReplyDelete
  96. The Hell with Mary Jo's corruption, I want to know more about Calvin and the secretary's perversions like we learn on the Blue Blog. I hear that Diana Kander and Theresa Garza run that blog.

  98. So the Will Royster guy says he has affadavits by election judges who witnessed voter irregularities in more than one location but yet people on here, most of whom are elected officials or officials paid by taxpayers, are trying to stop the investigation thereby spitting in the face of democracy?

Tony, if he has affadavits by election judges, why aren't you defending voters and democracy?

There should be a new election.

    ReplyDelete
  99. ElBryan, if Will Royster has affadavits by election judges testifying that they witnessed serious voter irregularities, you would think of all people you would stand up for fair elections and democracy

    ReplyDelete
  100. Looks like Rizzo's got caught trying to steal the election!!

    ReplyDelete
  101. GO WILL ROYSTER AND CHRIS MORENO!! ONLY YOU TWO HAVE THE BALLS TO STAND UP TO THE RIZZOS AND THEIR VOTER FRAUD!!!

    ReplyDelete
  102. Who is more likely to tell the truth: A Rizzo or multiple election judges? I'll take the election judges.

The Rizzos tried to steal the election and got caught.

    ReplyDelete
  103. If what these election judges are saying is true, which voters have every reason to believe it is, shame on John Rizzo's campaign for trying to throw this election. Who robs democracy?

After watching the Rizzo campaign on election day key a car, I'll be happy to vote again for Will Royster.

    ReplyDelete
  104. Wow. People voting more than once? A Somali translator telling people who to vote for? This isn't democracy folks. Shame on the Rizzo camp.

    ReplyDelete
  105. It's hilarious that Radioman claims to be a constitutionalist but when someone challenges an election and has affadavits supporting his case Radioman throws all of that constitution stuff out of the window. Is there anything more precious than maintaining fair elections?

Go Royster! The Rizzos have tried this year in and year out. It's about time someone stepped up and defending our district.

    ReplyDelete
  106. This isn't about being Democrat or Republican, this is about being an American. Who tries to steal an election? Those days are supposed to be over.

If Will Royster says he has written affadavits by multiple judges alledging voter irregularies, then I support his request for a new election. Why wouldn't you?

    ReplyDelete
  107. I'm hearing that there was all kinds of crazy shit going on in that district, all of which were blatant Rizzo voter fraud. I also heard that the KC Election Board was made aware of this all day long. There should be a new election. Shame on the KC Election Board. Shame on the Rizzo camp.

    ReplyDelete
  108. If they challenge elections fraud they should throw the biggest net possible to avoid the equal protection defense. They should challenge the entire county's election results.

Let me guess, Royster is against the Somolis and all followers of Islam. Fucking bigot.

    ReplyDelete
  111. 10:58, Royster has spent three years working with the Somalis, to bring them more into mainstream American society politics and community involvement. He didn't just show up a few months ago with a bag of money (like John and Henry) to trick the community into screwing themselves. And considering how the Rizzos segregate the African Community out of Columbus Park, you should talk.

Don't worry JJ, it will all be over soon.

    ReplyDelete
  116. Rizzo has a misunderstanding of facts regarding Royster's past cases: Royster prevailed in both of his cases.

All the defendants cited in a Rizzo flyer where John said Will sues everyone, or something like that, were from one case. Two were from the other case.

Will is 2-0 in Missouri Courts, and he seems to know how to spot the bad guys and fight them. He should be a State Rep.

    ReplyDelete
  117. IF this kind of crap really goes on in Jackson County, in this day and age, I'm afraid we'll just have to take the vote away from them.

From now on, Tony will decide who wins after he asks Chris Moreno's advice.

    ReplyDelete
  118. Will, give it a rest.

You lost. It's time to move on.

You have already alienated the Democrats and now you risk losing the Republicans with this frivolous litigation.

    Think strategically please.

    ReplyDelete
  119. ROCK ON RADIOMAN!

    That is damn funny.

    ReplyDelete
  120. Will Royster is definitely not a racist, as JJ Rizzo and Tony tried to paint him.

I don't see JJ Rizzo living among minorities - his dad excluded them from Columbus Park to live in a project!

Will Royster doesn't like the fact that the Somali people got used by a preditory Somali sell-out, and a preditory lender who makes big bucks off of people of color.

    RIZZOS ARE RACIST!

    ReplyDelete
  121. There is nothing in the lawsuit that even mentions John Rizzo. Only talks about the Election Board. Rizzo was defensive on television and called Royster a liar. I think Rizzo or Rizzo's pappy is behind it all.

The Court is going to hear a good case. Go Will!

    ReplyDelete
  122. THE ELECTION OFFICIALS CONTACTED ROYSTER. ROYSTER DIDN'T CONTACT THE ELECTION OFFICIALS. THAT'S HOW BAD THE FRAUD WAS.

    ReplyDelete
  123. Rizzo seemed really defensive and also really inexperienced. Explains why his old man and him tried to throw the election.

    ReplyDelete
  124. Radioman showing his colors! So much for the blogger who isn't involved in local politics.

    ReplyDelete
  125. I was at Holy Cross this weekend and heard a number of folks talking about voter irregularities on the part of the Rizzo campaign. Everyone was saying it was the most blatant fraud they have seen in twenty years.

    ReplyDelete
  126. When I saw the results, I knew that this would happen. Everyone I know who voted in the 40th district said they saw the exact same thing that some of these folks are saying.

    ReplyDelete
  127. Rizzo equals voter fraud

    ReplyDelete
  128. Royster is crazy. I hope he is enjoying his last few minutes of fame.

  132. Nobody ever said a machine falls quietly. Good for Royster and Chris Moreno. They punched these dirt bags in the mouth just like they said. This IS going to be interesting.

    ReplyDelete
  133. If Royster wins a lawsuit, his supporters might find it justified, but a lot of people who weren't particularly swayed one way or the other are going to feel like he's sour grapes, a crybaby, and/or he stole the election.

There will be other elections, and if any type of irregularities are exposed that would help him win in two years.

7:24; it was just a back to school cartoon this week. Lot's of good topics to consider for next week. Thanks!

  134. If these criminal allegations made by election judges are true I am now supporting Royster. These sleeze Democrats need to get out of our party! The Rizzo campaign is calling Royster a liar but they aren't responding to the allegations. That says enough for me.

    ReplyDelete
  135. Let's get all the facts, not heresay and rumors. Sounds like mob mentality has taken over regarding this particular election, and all from the royster camp. Does this mean ALL losing candidates will file suit? Democrats are looking more foolish and petty than ever before!

  136. JJ Rizzo's campaign manager caught in the act? Stay tuned...

    ReplyDelete
  137. Didn't Mike Sanders endorse JJ Rizzo? That's not good if his campaign is taken down for voter fraud.

    ReplyDelete
  138. I see, by the Headline, that Tony is still paid by the Rizzos to prop up their limping, corrupt reputations. Doesn't work, though.

There were way more than just 30 questionable votes cast for Rizzo in the 40th. The lawsuit is being kind.

    ReplyDelete
  139. I personally saw the voter fraud on Rizzo's home turf at Don Bosco.

Old school stuffing of the ballot box for sure.

Can't wait to see what the FBI is gonna have to say about Rizzo this time.

    ReplyDelete
  140. I am hearing that Moreno, Garza-Ruiz and Ruiz believe that they can extend this scandal to take down Mike Sanders.

Not saying I agree with that happening but the plan is in motion.

    ReplyDelete
  141. I saw the electioneering at the polls involving Somali women and their "handlers".

Rizzo might have gotten away with this 15 years ago, or with his own people. But, when facing potential deportation to their god-forsaken homelands, do you really think that the Sudanese and Somalis will protect Rizzo when questioned by US law enforcement?

I think Henry may have misjudged this one....

  142. It's a good thing JJ married an attorney - looks like his life is on track for needint lots of legal help.

    ReplyDelete
  143. I now agree that Royster is not stable and deserved to lose.

    ReplyDelete
  144. I'm hearing that Will Royster does in fact have affadavits by multiple election judges and other people who have witnessed voter fraud. I have also spoken with a number of people who also witnessed voter fraud and voter irregularities in that election.

    So why attack Royster?

I don't support voter fraud and find it really odd that a number of "democrats" on here do.

    ReplyDelete
  145. I am glad Will Royster is moving forward on this. At Garfield, saw massive irregularities which I would call blatant voter fraud on the part of the Rizzo campaign and some members of the KC Election Board.

    ReplyDelete
  146. Go figure. Another Rizzo trying to steal an election. I am glad to see Royster standing up for the voters.

    ReplyDelete
  147. Anyone else notice the black circles under John Rizzo's eyes in that interview?

  148. I'm glad Mr. Royster is going the legal route. It seems very justified based on what I read and watched. I don't think anyone has ever cared enough to challenge corruption like this. I think he's doing the right thing, and I think Rizzo and the Somalis did the wrong thing.

    ReplyDelete
  149. 9:51 when you said that Royster is unstable, I think you and all the rest of the Rizzo campaign crew need to understand that vapid sound bites might work for one election with an uninformed bunch of voters; but if this election gets overturned, it does so because of fraud - and that's serious. Voters will go against Rizzo, not Royster (who only asked the court opinion). Get serious, Rizzos!

  150. Long-Time Democrat8/25/10, 11:23 AM

10:14 I'm a Democrat, and I've seen our Party grow conditioned to the corrupted status quo. Sanders, Callahan, Rizzo and everyone who allows them to perpetuate their self-serving agenda are to blame for the undermining and fracturing of our base in Jackson County. This election fraud is the poster-child of Democratic corruption and a sense of entitlement. If the Republicans feast on it, it's not Royster's fault for doing the right thing - it's maybe not even John Rizzo's ignorance. It's the Party, that's to blame. The whole JACO Party, committee people, and electeds who turned their heads and let this weed grow and fester.

  151. !!!!!!!!!!!!! I've heard both John and Henry Rizzo have been served with papers and they are freaking out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This looks like the real deal.

  152. Holy Shit, Batman!8/25/10, 12:37 PM

If Royster gets Henry and John under oath, they are gonna be busted - If they tell the truth, they are hosed; if they lie, they'll be hosed later on and go to jail.

    ReplyDelete
  153. I heard Rizzo is losing his mind privately. Rizzo under oath! A dream come true for many.

    ReplyDelete
  154. Fuck all this politics. I'd go down on that boy in a heartbeat!

  155. 155 comments! What's the record, Tony?

    ReplyDelete
  156. Looks like the Serrones got tired of this fight, and decided to switch to their old tricks of homo jokes about JJ. Give it up you punks!

  157. Handmaiden of corruption! Stalinists! Nazis!

Totally irrelevant, but it fits right in with these comments.

  158. Election Board Cover Up8/26/10, 2:57 PM

New news: KCEB is "loosing" some of its election day internal documentation which shows that repete calls from election judges in the 40th District were ignored until threats of police intervention and poll shut-down were conveyed.

    ReplyDelete
  159. The folks in the projects are getting word about how the Rizzos treat minorities. From segregation of the projects outside of Columbus Park, to disenfranchisement of the projects on Independence Avenue due to their illegal poll place far, far away from them (in other words, the Rizzo set it up so none of them would be likely to vote). Pushback will come.
