A new report from the U.S. Conference of Mayors ranks Kansas City in the top 25 towns expecting job losses. The report says 20,000 or at least 2% of the metro workforce could face job cuts in 2009. In other words, local Eco-Devo people really need to walk around with the big smiles and not selling as much false hope . . .
