Forgive the hyperbole of the photo featured above . . . I'm just one of those dorks that keeps the History Channel in business . . . However, a recent report I've received from a tipster who attended the
Frances Semler sighting at Rep. Sam Graves' "Town Hall" meeting on Thursday evening. The meeting was very inciting and 'moderator' Chris Stigall whipped the crowd to a frothing at the mouth frenzy. The audience whooped and hollered and applauded Sam and his good friends Kris Kobach and Chris Stigall (sounds like an SS team doesn't it) talked about throwing K-12 kids out of school and herding immigrants to the border (whether they were from Mexico or not - apparently it doesn't matter.) Any way, Frances seemed to have a good time catching up with Joyce Mucci (FAIR) and Kris and Sam. Maybe Sam can throw some Federal funds for an internment camp for Parks & Recreation.By God, these bastards are gonna make me vote for Kay Barnes and ignore the millions she ran up on Kansas City credit cards. Too bad, I would have considered voting for Graves had he not STARTED on such a cynical note . . . Sad, because the Republicans weren't always about doom and gloom.
I never knew Sam Graves until you starting writing about him. I like him. I voting for him.
ReplyDeleteKay Barnes brought Kansas City in a deficit.
Chris Stigal's morning show on 710 AM is great. He's got intersting and informative takes on KC issues, as well as being strongly in favor of enforcing our immigration laws. Tony no likey the last part so he must be Nazi, after all isn't turning away late stage TB patients and 8 month pregnant Messicans looking for some free healthcare equal to putting Jews in gas chambers. To Tony it is.
ReplyDelete"late stage TB patients"
ReplyDeleteYou mean like that rich, white lawyer who endangered the lives of a bunch of people on a plane?
Stigal is a scumbag and mostly boring when he's not talking about sports.
Shame on these grown men for working and yelling to get CHILDREN thrown out of school.
These people should be ashamed of themselves.
Personally, I am for stricter border control but when these politicians and radio personalities take aim at students in elementary school they make my stomach turn. They are turning a real issue into a sideshow and their only concern is how this issue will advance their career and not the good of the nation or common decency.
Thank you teacher for putting it exactly how it is. These guys are only milking the immigration issue to bring in fundraising dollars. Taking aim on kids shows just how American these cronies really are. I've been to Graves events before. If it isn't just 10 suits in a room talking about how to make the working man's life harder, then its a Klan rally with uneducated and unexperienced people screaming in microphones about issues they nothing about.
ReplyDeleteTony, I thought you lived in Kansas City south of the river. How can you vote in that congressional election?
ReplyDeletehey kc teacher, what the hell does that d-bag TB lawyer have to do with anything? that's just knuckleheaded.
ReplyDeleteThat was probably the first time you'll see "moderate(d)" and "Chris Stigall" in the same sentence.
