Still, I see opportunity for Kansas City Proper in all this . . . Any prosecutor to bring a case against Halloween costumes or even widely available mainstream porno movies would be laughed out of office in KC. . . Therefore, this cowtown's former glory days as a vice capital of the Midwest could experience a "renaissance" as well . . . Unemployed, lady real estate agents are going to have to find a way to make a living somehow now that the condo market has come to a standstill.
