Only people who can afford digital cameras will be able to "capture the essence of area communities"

So I guess that a recent project sponsored by the KC chapter of the American Institute of Architects is yet another kind of online social experiment that I don't get . . . Just like I've been pretty lucky to avoid herpes when it comes to online dating. Anyway, I have no idea how snapshot.org differs from Flickr but they're going to have some forums which may or may not explain the need for hipster photography and grandiose notions about pointing a camera and snapping a pic. So be sure to check out the site in order to "contribute to the discourse" (otherwise known as "talking").
