Dig Dug: KC panel problem or am I just being paranoid?

Here's something a few people have sent my way and you might have noticed it yourself. Boston's recent Big Dig problem could raise several questions in KC. A few locals have shown a good eye in noticing that those cement panels that killed one motorist and are currently bringing traffic to a stand still in Boston . . . Well, they look almost identical to the panels underneath Bartle Hall. I know I've claimed more than a few times that downtown redevelopment is just a disaster waiting to happen but the odd chance that I may get smooshed actually makes the whole thing half-way important to me now any maybe something they should look at given the fact that construction has pretty much made downtown impassable to everyone who doesn't have a helicopter.
