Yes, yes I get it. If you're young, white and don't live in the suburbs then riding the bus is a wonderful affectation that makes you unique. I don't have any hostility toward local blogger Heidi who has posted this KC adaptation of a public transportation meme but it seems like every white person with glasses and a blog is now an expert on transportation issues yet nobody has proposed hooking up rickshaws to these people so they are actually useful.

I'm sorry but you're not saving the world by using mass transit, not with all of the other millions of cars on the planet. Thank you for trying and if there is ever a way that we can solve the energy and climate change crisis by powering vehicles on your sense of self-satisfaction then we'll be sure to get in touch.
One last thing, Napoleon Dynamite was funny but not that funny and Dave Chappelle is a comedian who likes his crack and not the voice of a generation.
