Lawnmower Man: Part Deux

They've charged a suspect in the deadly shooting of a young KC man over a lawnmower dispute. The details don't make this senseless crime any less stupid:

White borrowed the mower from a neighbor and was shot after he returned it. Police said the argument that led to the shooting began because the owner apparently thought White had taken the mower without permission.

After the argument, White was attacked by three men who beat him, forced him down and shot him in the back with a shotgun. He died at a hospital.

Now I wonder if the suspected perpetrator realizes the value of his time in jail or if the possibility of facing the death penalty is worth the value of his broken down old lawnmower. Yet another story to file under the horrible price of "keeping it real." (KCTV5)
