Soldier

I just received an e-mail from a soldier from KC, stationed in Iraq. I'm pretty sure it's the real deal and his blog is great.

From his latest post:

All you have to do is look and see that there is a Sunni as the Iraq Speaker of the House and a Kurd is the Interim President. That would have been unthinkable just 2 years ago. Yes these were symbolic appointments, but it shows the willingness of the Majority to recognize that minority right are very important to the long term strength of Iraq. I think it is a great step in the right direction. There is no way that the media could "spin" this the wrong way.

We will accomplish the mission here in Iraq, not only because we want to, but the Iraqi want us too as well.

This is probably one of the coolest things that has happened concerning this blog, that somebody a half a world away would want a link.
